New for 2016

NEW CLASSROOM AND COMPUTER LAB SESSIONS
Attendees can participate in many new classroom and computer lab sessions in 2016.

Some of the new classroom sessions include:

  • Advanced Data Analysis
  • Advanced Mapping
  • Scaling Your Operation
  • Transfinder for IT Professionals

And new in 2016 is...

SERVICEFINDER FLEET MAINTENANCE TRACK
The New Servicefinder Fleet Maintenance Proficiency learning track is geared toward providing newcomers, as well as veteran users, with a deep dive into the tools and concepts that are at the core of Transfinder’s fleet maintenance solution: Servicefinder.

The Servicefinder Fleet Maintenance Track begins with the optional Servicefinder Boot Camp on Wednesday, May 18th.  The Servicefinder Boot Camp is a broad guided tour of the principle tools and functionalities available through the Servicefinder software. This session serves as an introduction to Servicefinder and how it can contribute to effective day-to-day fleet maintenance operations. For newcomers to the software, this Bootcamp offers an introduction and overview of the topics and concepts covered in the Servicefinder Proficiency learning track.

On Thursday morning a series of instructive sessions begins with an introduction to Servicefinder and how it can contribute to effective day-to-day vehicle maintenance operations, and then transitions to preparing all assets of Servicefinder from the ground up for scheduling preventative maintenance, inventory management, and reporting and exporting data. Servicefinder Proficiency concludes with a test that confirms and reinforces the knowledge that you have gained throughout the course.

NEW USER TRACKS
Begin the New User Track by selecting and participating in one of the two hands-on computer labs set aside for you (Governor C or Governor D) beginning Thursday, May 19th at 8:30am. By choosing one lab for the series, you have the advantage of learning from the same two instructors.

If electing to take the New User Track, simply select a session from each time period offered in the same room all day Thursday.  Example: Start with a session in Governor C and stay in Governor C all day for all sessions.

ALSO NEW IN 2016...
Transfinder for IT Professionals

This new classroom session is designed for Technology professionals that support their organization’s infrastructure and applications, or users that would like to learn more about the underlying technology of Transfinder solutions. This session will cover a wide range of technical topics including troubleshooting common issues, best practices for database management, and reviewing methods for importing and exporting data. Attendees will leave with the knowledge on how to run Transfinder products at their optimal level.

Returning in 2016
The optional Pre-Summit Program returns in 2016.  On Wednesday afternoon, May 18th, two computer lab sessions for Certification on Routefinder Pro are once again planned for the more Experienced Users.

For users that are newer to Routefinder Pro, several Boot Camps or "basic training" sessions will be held in computer labs.  You can then use the knowledge gained during this Boot Camp to get the most out of the summit sessions which open Thursday morning, May 19th.

Space is limited for these computer labs, so please be sure to register and sign-up early to secure your place.

For those electing to take part in the Pre-Summit Sessions, please select the sessions marked with Pre-Summit Session logo that you would like to attend.  Each attendee participating in the Pre-Summit sessions will be charged an additional $199.00 to the Summit Fee.

If you are not planning on attending the Pre-Summit Sessions, the Main Summit Sessions begin Thursday at 8:30 AM.
